Finally doing the review for Shantae and the Pirate's Curse! I just bought it a few days ago through Humble Bundle and I honestly
can't say anything bad about it at all. It's like someone mixed
Castlevania, Super Mario Bros., and with a little pinch of King of
Fighters, specifically the jiggle animation.

I love that this game allows you to go and figure out how to do everything on your own, no hand holding tutorial. The game play itself is really smooth, the characters are very well detailed, their idle animation portrays their unique personalities fantastically, and the music for the game is extremely catchy and makes you want to dance along. All in all, it's a really well rounded game and I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, jiggles!
